Our 1st posting......

Living the DREAM, now stop pinching me!!

July 4th 2008 - Thanks to my youngest sister Shellie and her husband Zach we were encouraged to set up our own blog. After reading through their blog and enjoyng their pictures and stories we decided to give it a go! So here we sit early Friday morning, Independence Day 2008, posting and creating our very own Blog. We are new to blogging so be patient and beware!! Since 6:30am Mom-Jana has been serving breakfast at Town Square in Midway, Utah. It is a beautiful morning with several hot air balloons surrounding the Heber Valley. As we look out the back window of our family room or should I say our small but "great room" we are able to count nearly 8 balloons drawing closer to Dutch Fields. What a fun site to see. We absolutely love living in this valley. Living here now nearly 9 months we are grateful every day for the blessing it is to live in such a wonderful area. As I type this short posting it has taken me nearly 30 minutes, with Ashton, our extremely busy 2-year old climbing on and over me and begging me to hold him I must now call it quits and pass the lap top over to our 9-year old, Ethan. Ethan plans to be a movie producer of Lego Star Wars short films and has dreams that by starting this blog and posting some of his films this will be his starting point to a future of movie producing.
